سبب الرفض واضح و هو تغيير المخطط بحيث اصبحت ايطاليا هي الوجهه الرئيسية
و ارجو أن ينتبه كل من يقدم حجوزات وهمية لخطورة هذا الفعل
فهو سبب رئيسي لرفضك في المرات القادمة كما هو مذكور في الشرح هنا

الآن لديهم ملفك كامل فقط اكتب خطاب استئناف يشرح سبب تغيير خطة السفر
و لابد أن يكون هذا الخطاب مقنع و ممكن تستعمل الخطاب فوق كنموذج
كما يمكن ذكر أن سبب تغيير الخطة هو تسارع الاحداث في فرنسا حينها
و تشتت تفكيرك لدرجة أنك فكرت كثيراً في الغاء الرحلة رغم قضائك أياماً طويلة
في تخطيطها و تذكر أن الأمور أحياناً تسير كيفما أرادت لا كما تريد
فقط خطاب استئناف واحد مقنع يكفي دون اضافة أي مستند
اتمنى أن تستشير من هو متخصص في كتابة مثل هذه الخطابات المؤثرة
و تضع لنا نسخة منه هنا لكي نستفيد منه | |

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to appeal against the decision made regarding my Schengen Visa application **** and my passport No ****** your denial letter states:
1- The information submitted regarding the justifications
for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable.
I had a previous Schengen visa from France with the same below information and it was reliable from your side
• Application and check list
• Pictures matching the required specifications
• Copy of passport , previous Schengen and UAE residence visa
• Original letter from my local employer stating the purpose of Travel, position,
monthly salary and begin date of employment in UAE.
• Last six months personal bank statement in original with more than balance
105000 AED
• Medical insurance
• Stamped Air ticket and hotel booking from a tourism company
And I stayed in Paris during my previous visit in hotel Le
Hameau de Passy 48, rue de Passy,
16th arr., 75016 Paris, France from 27 – 29 November 2015 ( check out bill is attached ). Actually my plan was to stay in France for one week but
the terrible terrorism attacks in November 13 happened 13 days only before I travel to Paris and due to the warning in Media about the safety of tourists there I changed my stay plan to three days only and lost Air and hotel paid bookings but
during my stay in Paris I found everything was normal and safe . The French people everywhere was really friendly and great in dealing with me . But
It was very difficult to extend my stay and loose more paid bookings so I decided to visit the great city Paris again in 2016 when my company allow me as in the attached HR letter to visit a lot of locations I couldn’t visit during my first visit like Disney,versay
and Seen tour but I was surprised with the refusal of
my application although I didn’t stay in France more than the allowed duration of stay and I don’t intend to stay in my coming visit more than 10 days as mentioned in application
( i attached some pictures for my tour in Paris , Boarding Pass on Check Air from Prague To Paris in 27 Nov 2015 and confirmed Booking on Transavia from Paris
to Venice in 29 Nov 2015)
So kindly I request from your side to define the unreliable information to correct it or give you more reliable information.
