Please, pay attention in the following instructions for visa denial's appeal.


You can appeal against denial because according to some Italian Court's judgments, some of the motivations used by the Embassy are not sufficient, expecially number 2, 8 and 9. In addittion there are other vices about the denial, regarding the formation and legitimacy of the act. We have a good experience on this topic.

ONLY THE ITALIAN LAWYERS CAN APPEAL THE REFUSAL, you can't do it personally and the foreign lawyers are not authorized before the Italian courts. Only an Italian lawyer can represent you before the Italian authorities.


You have two options to contest the refusal:

1) the appeal before the TAR of Lazio, based in Rome. It's the only judicial way to appeal this denial. It may take from 2 months to 8 months, sometimes less, sometimes more, because in Italy we don't have certain times for trials.
You have 60 days to set this appeal from the date that you received the denial.
The prices for appeal are:
300 Euro for court fees and tax (we know, they are too high, but they are fixed from the Court and government)
1200 Euro for our services (it's the cheapest, it's no easy to find other firm and English speaking lawyers with these fees).
The full fee is 1500 euro

You can pay in two installements.


You can pay by bank transfer or Western Union.


2) As we are lawyers, we are authorized to send a legal notice to the Italian Embassy on behalf of the applicant, to ask their review about your case. It's not a courtesy letter, but it's a legal notice by an Italian law firm. It has the same content of the appeal. Whit this formal letter we can expose all the vices of the act and the last judgments of the Italian courts, inviting them to rectify and issue the visa within a certain period as deadline, if not we can bring them to the court. As we are Italian lawyers, they have the obligation to take in exam our request and reply us. If the officer finds that we are right, he will avoid a lawsuit to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassy, so he will rectify the measure and iusse the Visa, because no officer likes to find his name into a trial and lose before a Court.
This option takes about 1-4 weeks.
In this option, there is not any court fee.
Our fee is 250 Euro. The payment must be made all in advance.


The first option is more safe, because we are before a court, the second is less safe, but more fast and cheap. Many time the second option is sufficient, expecially when the applicant has all requirements and there is no risk of illegal immigration, but of course we can't ensure the embassy will reply or will do positively.

In the first option we need a power of attorney signed by the applicant, translated and legalized in his country of residence (the costs are on your charge), in the second option we don't need it.

للاسف الخطاب مكتوب فيه يحب ان تستعين بمحامي

اذا حددوا طريقة الاستئناف بالمثول امام المحكمة
يصبح الامر مستحيل
عادة يكتب بالخطاب طريقة الاستئناف
ممكن تصور لنا ردهم و تحطه هنا عشان نعرف طريقة تصرف
