صرآحة أشكر الجميع في هذا المنتدى ،
إستفدت منهم الكثير ،

وعندي إشكالية في بعض الأمور ،
أرغب بتوضيحها لمن لديه الخبرة الكافيـة ..

حاجز على ميونخ ذهاب وإياب ب تاريخ 9/7/2016 إلى 23/7/2016 / 3 أشخاص
وحالياً شغال على طلبات الفيزا ،
وبحسب التشيك ليست المرفق ،

من موقع القنصليـة ..
وطلباتهم كالآتي :

1 One applications duly completed and signed / أبليكيشن معبى بالبيانات لكل طلب
2 Original passport and one photocopy of all relevant passport pages (data page, pages with previous Schengen visa, etc.) / جواز السفر الأصل مع صور لصفحاته لكل طلب
3 1 declaration signed by applicant (under section 54 (6) AufenthG/German Residence Act)
4 1 declaration signed by applicant (under section 55 (2) AufenthG/German Residence Act) / قانون 54 / 55 مع تعبئتـه كامل لكل طلب
5 One recent passport photographs (not older than 6 months) / صور شخصية لكل طلب
6 Letter from local employer, stating qualification, salary and start date of employment certified by chamber of commerce or translated trade license if self-employed / تعريف بالراتب وبطبيعة العمل متجرم
7 Proof of accommodation, e.g. by original invitation from the host in Germany (so-called “Verpflichtungserklärung”) and one photocopy thereof or a confirmed hotel booking (full address of the hotel must be written in the application: full name, street name, no. of the building, city and city code/postal area code) / طباعة جميع حجوزات الفنادق ،
8 Up-to-date Original personal bank account statement for the last 3 months / كشف حساب لآخر 3 شهور
9 1 photocopy of the insurance policy for a valid Travel and Health insurance covering the territory of the Member states of the Schengen agreement and with a minimum coverage of EUR 30,000 (Thirty thousand) for medical expenses / تأمين طبي لكل طلب

السؤال الآن :
جميع هذه الطلبات تم الإنتهاء منها ،
ولكن قرأت في بعض المواقع بما فيها هذا المنتدى بعض الطلبات الاضافيه
مثل - التكفل بالمصاريف ، المورد المالي ، التعهد الطبي ، خطاب موجه للسفاره !!

هل أقوم بإرفاقها وتعبئتها مع الطلبات السابقه !؟
أم أتقيد بالطلبات الموجودة في موقع القنصليـة !!؟
وأيضاً بالنسبة لكشف الحساب من البنك ( هل أرفقه لجميع الطلبات أم أكتفي بإرفاقه مع طلب المتكفل بالسفر والمصاريف ) !؟
