شبكة و منتديات العرب المسافرون - طلب نموذج خطاب استئناف للشنغن

السلام عليكم
تقدمت بطلب قبل اسبوعين لفيزا شنغن من السفارة الفرنسية وللاسف تم الرفض
واليوم استلمت الجواز
وانا بابحث في النت عن طريقة التقديم مرة اخرى او اذا في امكانية تقديم في سفارة ثانية
ولقيت مواضيع عن تقديم استئناف
ودخلت المنتدى ووجدت مواضيع مثل موضوع الاخ ابو غسان والاخ فتى دمشق
وحقيقة استفدت جدا وبدات في اعداد ملف الاستئناف والحجوزات من جديد
لان للاسف اعتمدت عل مكتب وقدم حجوزات كلها وهمية ما عدا التامين الطبي
اسباب الرفض هي 8 و 9

(9) Your intention to leave the territory of the Member states before the expiry of the visa could not be ascertained

The main reason visiting for truism for one week only in Paris From (22-02-2018 To 28-02-2018)
Attached hotels booking - New Booking
Attached ticket booking Jeddah-Praise-Jeddah -New Booking
Attached Travel Insurance
Attached Health Care KSA

(9) Your intention to leave the territory of the Member states before the expiry of the visa could not be ascertained.

Letter from my employer is attached for your kind reference.
Attached Family KSA resident
Attached my son certificate on school -Half semester
Attached my youngest son ID on KG school
Attached copies from my old Passport Visa and Entry of many Countries I traveled (Turkish Visa 2013 / Chinese Visa 2015 and 2016 / Thailand Visa 2015 and 2016 / Egypt / Bahrain / EAU /Jordan)

وتقريبا كل الوثاىق جهزتها واضفت ايضا وثائق ممكن تدعم ملفي

لكن اللي احتاجه حاليا هو خطاب الاعتراض
