1. PRE-LODGEMENT ENQUIRIES
This mailbox is for current Visitor (subclass 600) Tourist Stream applications, we are unable to provide any advice or guidance on other visa subclasses.

2. IMMIACCOUNT FEATURES AND TECHNICAL ISSUES
The ImmiAccount is a single entry point to the Department’s online visa application systems. At the time of lodging your electronic visa application you created an ImmiAccount or logged into an existing ImmiAccount.
You should perform the following functions through your ImmiAccount;
· Request a forgotten ImmiAccount Username or Password
· Track the Progress of Your Application
· Provide requested documentation to the Department
· Update new passport details
· Update new contact details
· View correspondence sent to you

If you have attached documents to you application through the ImmiAccount functionality the Department will be alerted through your application and process them as soon as possible. You do not need to send an additional email with the documents
